The contractor team at Division 7 have worked with a wide range of clients, completing the scope of insulation work on large commercial projects including clients: The Ritz Carlton Vail, Hummingbird Lodge Beaver Creek, The Grand Lodge at Peak 7, The Westin in Avon, Summit Middle School and Buffalo Ridge Condominiums in Avon. Our innovative services have led us to complete the insulation of many prestigious structures, including the first LEED Platinum home in Colorado, as well as, numerous E-star rated homes.
Patty Miner, President
Patty Miner has been in the insulation business since 1999, when she began her career at Ace Insulation in estimating and garner sales. With a keen mind and aptitude for sales and estimation, Patty grew interested in the idea of her own business and, with the help of various contacts, formed Division 7, Inc. in 2001. Having worn several hats in the early years of the company, her role is now primarily management of business operations including financial and organizational issues, and customer relations.
Thomas Miner, Vice President
Thomas Miner began his career in insulation at an early age, working with his father on weekends to install pipe and duct insulation. At that same time, Ace Insulation was started by Pete Coldagelli, and Thomas began swapping time between the two businesses, working as an installer. In 1998, Thomas became a manager at Ace, and worked there through 2000, including beneath a new ownership by Service Partners. In 2001, Thomas joined his wife Patty in operating Division 7, Inc. Thomas is very knowledgeable regarding product diversification and navigating the ever-changing building codes. He has spearheaded making Division 7 an integral part of the architecture and homeownership markets of Summit, and neighboring, Counties.
Phillip Stevens, Estimator – Mountain Region
Phillip started in the insulation business in 1994 at Alpine Mechanical Insulators. He later moved on to pursue his dream of owning his own business Colorado Custom Wood Floors in Summit County, Colorado. Owning and operating a contracting business for 20 years in Summit County has given Phil a deep understanding of construction of modern homes in the mountains. Phil takes great pride in quality, customer service, and craftsmanship, he looks forward in helping Division 7 continue to provide high quality insulation solutions into the future.
