Patty Miner, President

Patty Miner has been in the insulation business since 1999, when she began her career at Ace Insulation in estimating and garner sales. With a keen mind and aptitude for sales and estimation, Patty grew interested in the idea of her own business and, with the help of various contacts, formed Division 7, Inc. in 2001. Having worn several hats in the early years of the company, her role is now primarily management of business operations including financial and organizational issues, and customer relations.

Thomas Miner, Vice President

Thomas Miner began his career in insulation at an early age, working with his father on weekends to install pipe and duct insulation. At that same time, Ace Insulation was started by Pete Coldagelli, and Thomas began swapping time between the two businesses, working as an installer. In 1998, Thomas became a manager at Ace, and worked there through 2000, including beneath a new ownership by Service Partners. In 2001, Thomas joined his wife Patty in operating Division 7, Inc. Now 11 years later, the idea has taken hold in the marketplace, and Division 7 is an integral part of the architecture and homeownership markets of Summit County.

Pete Coldagelli, Senior Estimator

Pete Coldagelli began his career in the insulation industry unloading boxcars of blowing wool in 1976. From there, he became an installer, quickly developing expertise in multi-family projects. In 1979, Pete moved with his company to Summit County and, in 1988, opened his own insulation business called Ace Insulation. At the height of the building boom, Ace Insulation grew into a three-facility operation, and Pete sold the business 1998. He now works alongside good friends Patty and  Thomas Miner and the Division 7 team as the Senior Estimator, and prides himself on Division 7's ability to stay on the cusp of the latest trends, products and responsibilities associated with the insulation market. Pete is happy to still be practicing his craft today in Summit County.
